Water spreads into places you can't see: under flooring, inside walls, into the unit below. We find where it went, dry it properly and rebuild what was damaged, with one team and a written record of every step.

How it works
- Stop the source, or coordinate the licensed plumber who does.
- Extract standing water.
- Measure moisture in walls, floors and ceilings, including areas that look dry.
- Set up drying equipment and log readings until materials are back to normal dry levels.
- Remove what can't be saved (flood cuts, baseboards, flooring).
- Document everything: dated photos, readings and a written scope.
- Rebuild: drywall, paint, flooring and finishes.
What causes most of the water damage we see
- AC condensate lines and drain pans
- Water heaters and supply lines
- Roof drains and roof leaks
- Windows, sliding doors and balcony thresholds
- Storms and flooding

Common questions
How long does drying take?
It depends on the materials and how wet they are. We take readings each visit and tell you when the structure is dry. We don't guess at a number of days up front.
My wall looks dry. Is it?
Not always. Drywall can look dry and still read wet inside. That's why we measure.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. We can coordinate with the association or manager when water crosses between units.
