Before you call: four calm first steps
- Don't scrub, scrape or spray it. Disturbing it can spread it.
- Look for the moisture source: a leak, an AC line, humidity.
- Keep people with allergies or breathing issues out of the area.
- Get a professional assessment before anyone starts removal.

Do you test for mold?
On jobs we remediate, testing and clearance are done by an independent licensed assessor so the results are objective. We can refer you to one.
Will the mold come back?
Mold needs moisture. If the moisture problem is fixed and stays fixed, the conditions that caused it are gone. That's why we start there.
