Wind and water find every weak point: roofs, windows, balcony doors and sealant. We secure the property, dry it out and repair it, and we document the damage as we go.

How it works
- When it's safe to travel, we look at the property.
- Secure openings with board-up. Roof tarping and roof repairs are done by our licensed roofing partner.
- Extract water and dry the structure.
- Document damage with dated photos.
- Repair and rebuild.
After hurricane season
Slow roof leaks, failed sealant at balcony doors and windows, clogged roof drains and moisture in walls often show up weeks later. A free property inspection & bid can find them early.
Free property inspection & bid: a walk-through of common areas and problem spots, moisture readings, roof drains, gutters and building envelope, AC closets and condensate lines, a written photo report with priorities and a line-item bid for anything that needs work. Our inspection is a visual and moisture survey. It is not a milestone inspection, structural integrity reserve study (SIRS), county recertification, engineering report, home inspection or mold assessment.
Insurance
We document the damage and provide the estimates and invoices your insurer may request. We don't advise or encourage anyone to file a claim.
