Water in the house? The first hour
- Stop the source if you safely can: the fixture valve or the main shutoff.
- Stay out of standing water near outlets or appliances. If you can't reach the breaker from a dry spot, leave it.
- Take photos and a short video before anything is moved.
- Move what you can to a dry area. Leave wet drywall and flooring in place.

What to expect
- We look first. We find where the water went and measure moisture, including what you can't see.
- We explain the plan and get your OK in writing.
- We dry, clean or remove what's damaged, and log the readings until the structure is dry.
- We rebuild, then walk through the finished work with you.
Working with your insurance
We document the damage and provide the estimates and invoices your insurer may request. You decide whether to file a claim. We are not public adjusters, and we don't waive or cover deductibles.
Condo owners
In a condo, the association and the unit owner may each be responsible for different parts of a repair. We can work with your association or manager so the work is coordinated. Your declaration decides who maintains what.
Home maintenance plans
Scheduled visits to check the roof from the ground or a ladder, gutters, AC drain lines, plumbing and moisture risk areas, with a written photo report after each visit. Ask us what a visit schedule for your home would look like.
