How it works
- Safety first. Go back in only after the fire department says it's safe.
- Secure the property: board-up and tarping where needed.
- Don't run the HVAC until it's checked. It can spread soot through the building.
- Document every room, including the ones that look fine.
- Smoke and soot cleanup and odor control.
- Remove damaged materials and rebuild.
Insurance
We document the damage and provide the estimates and invoices your insurer may request.

Can I stay in the building?
That depends on the fire department and on how far smoke traveled. We'll tell you what we see; the fire department decides when it's safe.
Do you handle water from firefighting?
Yes. Water used to put out the fire is dried the same way as any other water loss.
