What should I do first when there's water?
Stop the source if you safely can, stay out of standing water near outlets, take photos, move valuables to a dry area, and call or text (954) 325-9960.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where you are and what else is happening that day. Call and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
Are you available nights and weekends?
Call or text (954) 325-9960. If we can't pick up, leave a message with your address and what happened, and we'll call you back.
Insurance
Will you deal with my insurance company?
We document the damage and provide the estimates and invoices your insurer may request. You stay in charge of your claim. We are not public adjusters.
Do you waive deductibles?
No.
Mold
Do you test for mold?
On our remediation jobs, an independent licensed assessor handles testing and clearance, so the results are objective.
Is the mold in my house dangerous?
We can't answer health questions. If you're worried, talk to your doctor, and have the area assessed by a licensed mold assessor before anyone starts removal.
Licenses and roofing
Are you licensed?
Licensed in Florida: Certified Building Contractor CBC1261811 · Mold Assessor MRSA2452 · Mold Remediator MRSR2648. IICRC-trained technicians on our team. You can verify our licenses on the Florida DBPR website.
Do you do roofing?
In South Florida, roofing is performed by our licensed roofing partner and coordinated by Reel. Reel does not hold a roofing license.
Free inspection and programs
Is the free inspection really free?
Yes. We walk the property, take moisture readings and give you a written photo report and a line-item bid. There's no obligation.
Does it replace our milestone inspection or SIRS?
No. It's a visual and moisture survey. Milestone inspections and SIRS must be done by a licensed engineer or architect.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The inspection comes with no obligation. Program terms are explained in writing before you sign anything.
