Reel Contractors
Restoration and maintenance for commercial properties
When a leak runs through three units or a storm opens up the envelope, you need one team that can stop the damage, document it for the board or owner, and rebuild. Reel Contractors does that, and we help you prevent the next one with scheduled maintenance and written reports.

Who we work with
Property managers
One contact for water, fire, mold and storm damage across your portfolio. We get written approval before work, keep you updated, and send photo reports you can forward to owners and boards.
HOA and condo associations
We work on common elements and association-maintained systems, and we coordinate with unit owners where the damage crosses the line. Reports are written in plain English for board meetings. Our inspection does not replace a milestone inspection or SIRS.
Hotels
Leaks, AC condensate overflows and guest-room water damage, handled with containment and scheduling that keeps the rest of the property open.
Schools
Moisture checks, mold remediation with independent testing and clearance, and repairs scheduled around the school calendar.
Retail and restaurants
Water and fire damage cleanup and rebuild, planned around your hours so you can reopen as soon as the space is safe.
Landlords and multifamily owners
Unit turns after water damage, common-area repairs, and scheduled checks for the leaks that cause the most damage: AC lines, roof drains, windows and balconies.

Free property inspection & bid
Preventive maintenance costs less than emergency repairs. We walk the property, take moisture readings, check roof drains, the envelope and AC closets, and leave a written photo report with priorities and a line-item bid.
Request a free property inspection
Free property inspection & bid: a walk-through of common areas and problem spots, moisture readings, roof drains, gutters and building envelope, AC closets and condensate lines, a written photo report with priorities and a line-item bid for anything that needs work. Our inspection is a visual and moisture survey. It is not a milestone inspection, structural integrity reserve study (SIRS), county recertification, engineering report, home inspection or mold assessment.
Common questions
Does your inspection count as our milestone inspection or SIRS?
No. It is a visual and moisture survey. Milestone inspections and SIRS must be done by a licensed engineer or architect.
Do you work with our insurance carrier?
We document the damage and provide the estimates and invoices your insurer may request. We are not public adjusters and we don't handle your claim for you.
Who does the roofing?
Roofing is performed by our licensed roofing partner. Reel does not hold a roofing license.
